TERMS OF SERVICE
General Information
I have the right to turn down any requests for commissions.
Requests are approved based on my level of inspiration for the work or subject and my ability to execute it, not on a first come, first served basis.Preparing
To request a commission, you will need to include the following information: photo specifics for your characters, details, clothing, stance, and any objects they may be holding, along with a description of your ideas.
For my commissions, I will not accept merely a word description devoid of any specifics or visual representations.Payment
The entire amount due in advance by Paypal invoice must be paid before any work starts.If you don't have enough money to pay once I start sketching your request, I'll give you only a fortnite "means two weeks in English" to pay.

You will receive a direct message on Discord, Instagram, or Twitter if your request is approved.Your commission request will be canceled and rejected if you don't respond within five days.I'll DM you again when I get paid so you can see when my sketch is ready for approval and modification before moving on to lineart. Don't hesitate to ask for changes or edits to the sketch at that stage.In addition to my normal responsibilities and other commissions, I will take my time creating my artworks, and I will fulfill all commissions on my own schedule. When the artwork is finished, I'll DM you about your request, so you won't have to wait.Accepting a lot of requests for commissions is labor-intensive and can be highly taxing. To better my health and free time in between commissions, I might create personal artwork for myself and post it on my platforms. This is not an invitation to publicly query about the status of your commission in the comments section, nor does it suggest that I have forgotten about it.Cancellations and Refunds
If I draw in line art and shade colors for the project, there won't be any refunds given once work has begun.Should you decide to cancel before I begin working, you will be issued a complete refund.Should the improbable occur that I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.Usage
The completed work is owned entirely by me, the artist, and may only be used for personal use. It may not be utilized in the following ways:
-Commercially (merchandise, i.e., through goods, NFTs, etc.)
-Used to train artificial intelligence "AI" software to create "art"
-Heavily altered without consent
-Passed off as your own creation.
